Homily 2018 02 04 – Doing Exorcisms

O.K. This is a long homily, I admit it. I’m passionate about the topic because, well, you’ll find out. I edited out one example, heh heh heh. My prerogative. Sorry. The picture is where some of this took place. Yikes!

Thank you, Father. I felt as if you were speaking to me. God bless you.

Would that more good shepherds speak the Truth as you did in this homily.
I could write more. I have suspected my daughter being possessed or obsessed…and then I wonder if it is not really me. It was years ago, I broached the subject with my parish priest and good and holy man that he is, was not prepared to talk about it and I felt shushed.
    Thank you for this.

The Mass as the greatest exorcism ever. I love it. This means that the Laity can have recourse to the Mass as an aid for those suffering from an annoying adversary. And if the suffering one refuses to enter the Church? A possible discernment?

Thank you sanfelipe007, of course. Sometimes, ha, much of the time I think too much and render myself thoughtless. The Mass! Like Fr. George’s post today, “Road danger: I never saw it” I thank God for the moments of eye-openers to His Love … through my brothers & sisters here on this ministry of ARISE! Let us be going (I refuse to call it a blog)
