Its production is from a bacteria, so “no” it does not use fetal tissue in its manufacturing. The tests done to see if it was an effective treatment against “the virus” were in cell cultures. I didn’t see any that mentioned fetal cells (they mentioned monkey), but I didn’t read every journal or attend every conference related to this. I poked around the web. The only way you can guarantee that fetal cells from induced abortions are not used in any medical research is to eliminate induced abortions. The laws related to research using fetal cells are not federal law, they are state laws.
