I’d say that the warnings don’t fit a suicide or a bystander. More likely a distraction.
UPDATE: Who knew? An anti-5G paranoia suicide? Wow. That reminds me of the total idiots who harassed a loved family member of mine, manipulating that family member about 5G paranoia so as to pass those messages on to me. I wrote about that on this blog. These people are like cultists. I mean, if that’s the motive, I have two people to add to the FBI list of 5G paranoiacs.

I have read in the past that while AT&T has a large number of telecoms and internet routing facilities there are 8 of them that are major hubs and at those 8 locations there is an active working relationship with NSA for intelligence monitoring of the data passing through. I looked it up and this building in Nashville was not said to be one of those backbone hubs/spy centers but that is what I thought of when I heard the van was in front of a nondescript, “bombproof” AT&T building. I think whoever did this made it clear enough that the point of their effort was not fatalities so I think it was obviously an infrastructure attack. But why this building and not one of the ones that are said to be major hubs? I am pretty curious if there was a connection with the gunshots and if there was more than one person who drove up in the van and one of them killed the other and left the body in the van, and had time to flee on foot. Police probably know whether anyone left the van. Police know whether they found any evidence of bullet shells or impacts on buildings. Police have more info than they are releasing and they are still following up on it. Police can use traffic camera shots to track the path of where that van approached from. I bet this would have looked more like the OK City bombing with the building carved out except for the bomb resistant cladding on that building. Obviously they damaged it but probably not as much as they hoped. Have a feeling that the Christmas date is not so specifically anti Christian as it is indifferent to Christianity, and chosen because the city would be relatively empty. At least that is true in my similar size city. It’s pretty much the emptiest my city is all year.
Can’t rule CCP out. Can’t rule out a domestic motive either.
