Thanks, Doctor. I asked him about delineating the medical causes I have for this, and he said that writing that out would be illegal for him, as that would contravene HIPAA laws. My doctor is great!
Under the Constitution of these United States of America, I’ll grant myself my own religious exemption, that is, regardless of whether I’m a priest or not. Any citizen can grant his own religious exemption. Otherwise, the Covid-bully is set up as the arbiter of what religion is, and therefore is set up by the State to establish a State religion. There is, however, a non-establishment clause.
LOL! Excellent!
Beautiful.
I think I need your doctor 🙂
According to the Daily Mail today covid vaccinations will be made compulsory as a condition of employment in the NHS (British National Health Service)
Pelerin, our governments are moving in lock-step it seems. Health care workers in New South Wales as a condition of employment have until 30th September to receive one dose and until 30th November to receive two doses of a Covid-19 vaccine.
Vaccine passports, vaccine work visas. Vaccine ration cards are next, or vaccine voting cards. My money is on the latter.
Exactly.
Well, your doctor would not have been violating HIPAA (and thank you for getting that right) if he’d had your consent to describe the medical condition involved. But he can no more demand your consent for that, than for the vaccine itself.
Strictly speaking, your doctor could describe the medical condition if it’s necessary for your treatment, for payment, or to operate his office (none of which apply), or if you gave your consent that he do so. But he can no more legally demand your consent for that, than he can for the vaccine, itself.
