Apologies to many who send in comments or requests for logistics about publicity of comments that have come to the blog for the past months, you know, the “I’ve said too much and please take that down” kind of thing. It’s not that I’m blocking you or ignoring you or that I’m being a jerk or something. It’s that although I have a 4G connection for the desktop and 5G if available for the phone (never around here), the actual fact of the matter is that I basically have no internet connection at all, as in zero, for about 22 hours a day, and I often miss most of the two hour connection as it comes in the middle of the night, perhaps 3:30-5:30 AM, sometimes this is longer, to 7:30 AM. Sometimes in that two hour window, early as it is, I’m off giving last rites or on the road already. The Wifi often simply cuts off when I’m helping Father Gordon with internet stuff. Even if I’m on the internet, during the latter part of that window, I might be totally preoccupied with doing stuff for others. It is what it is. I’m sorry.
As to phone messages at the office. This is even worse. It’s a wifi phone. Also, I’m almost never in the office and depend on others, who are almost never in the office. Remember, we’re the smallest parish in North America and we have no paid staff at all.
Also, just to say, I’m rather outspoken on this blog, and there has been really a lot of provable shadow-banning such that if congress actually passed laws against this I could litigate this with big tech. It’s provable. This hurts the communications fluidity of the blog. We do what we can. Again, apologies.

How about your snail mail? I have heard that a lot of folks are having issues here too. Don’t know if this is true – but we have been getting misdirected mail lately. We return it to the PO, but it makes me wonder if ours is being misdirected too. Hope yours is ok.
I have noticed, recently, that only your site takes longer to load. Hmmm…
