Adoration on Mothers Day

Jesus’ good mom always adored her Divine Son, setting a good example for us, praying for us. Let’s see… Ah yes, there’s she is…

We had the grace of a peaceful morning Mass with no disruptions.
Although, just before Mass started, a loud continuous sound like a broken shopping cart with the wheels ready to fall off interrupted our recitation of the Rosary.
I was ready for anything and, turning my attention to the source of the sound, saw an usher pulling a dolly which carried the huge brass Easter candle-holder, and behind, a Deacon bearing the Easter candle.
I wondered to myself “why wasn’t the candle left remaining at the Alter?” But what do I know? Perhaps a credible threat caused Father to secure the Easter candle until it was time for Mass?

Sanfelipe007, talk about manners! Father, in quick passing, said “Happy Mother’s Day” and I replied, “same to you”. I guess that was ok. duh.
