There are no “issuance days” scheduled for more than a year into the future.
Of course, saying nothing forever is also a decision into which they would have been bullied, thus nullifying the Supreme Court, nullifying Tri-partite government, ending the Constitution and the rule of law, with zero chance for justice, nullifying these USA.
I doubt the Justices will let this silence stand for long. It could be that they will wait until the result of the investigation into who the leaker is and why they did what they did, and for whom. That would make great sense. Some of the Justices are really quite upset.
ARISE! LET US BE GOING! 
I expected the court to wait until the very last possible second in order to allow the dementors,- oops, I mean, dissenters ample time to make their case and to avoid any charge of a “rushed opinion without letting us make our case.”
