GREAT PragerU street interview. Full interview, really entertaining, not much longer, HERE.
But you have heard that it was said by the USCCB, “Thou shall not criticize one political party more than another on any topic.” But here’s the deal. That interview about racism above can happen with abortion in precisely the same way, even as the main feature of that video above, as the Democrat crowd maniacally push for abortion on the level of genocide targeting the black population. Get that? But the USCCB isn’t going to reprimand Wilton Gregory for giving Holy Communion to Nancy Pelosi and Joe Biden.
I’m going to criticize the Democrat party as the Democrat party. They voted God out of anything to do with anything. They are diametrically opposed to the free exercise of religion. They are shriekingly diametrically opposed to anything pro-life and are absolutely pro-death from conception to death. There are even a lot idiot RINOs, of course. But there’s no comparison between the two parties whatsoever.
I gotta wonder how underlings at the USCCB would want to smack down any priest for putting up that video above and still claim that they are the heroes of anti-racism. Pfft.
But the mid-terms are coming up, so we priests have to tread lightly, right? Wrong. The day a Bishops Conference tells me that it is “pastorally insensitive” for a priest to emphasize doctrine and morality in evangelizing is the day many priests become “pastorally insensitive.” They will say that we priests are just to avoid politics, but since 99.9% of politics involves doctrine and morality, the USCCB would be saying that priests are to avoid doctrine and morality in their evangelization.

Echo the words of Fr. James Altman:
“You can’t be a Democrat and be a Catholic.” Truer words were never spoken. Yet, look what the church did to him. Its an agenda folks, dance around it, make excuses, but one day what you hold dear will be gone. You either follow God or society. I will chose God over anyone or any party. “My Soul Matters.” That should be a movement!
Dianna: I like your thinking—“My Soul Matters”.
I gave my 34 yo nephew a T shirt recently, customized to say “Soul Not For Sale” when he was struggling with a lot of different masters. He laughed, but he got the message.
Long ago, my daughter was caught in a bad freshman dorm situation, and the way I had to get tough with everyone involved was to draw the line: “Her soul matters, above all. More than costs, tuition, schooling here at this particular college”. People rose to the challenge, and she got into a much better dorm room ( no roommates’ boyfriends overnighting +, allowed).
I am 70 now. My grand kids and great-grand kids are being home schooled. They are not taught crt, pornography, racism or hate. They are taught about God foremost…then academics. In this world we must draw a line…no clergy, no bishop, no person who teaches sin will control me or my family!
Interesting. I cannot comment while at your site, but can from wordpress portal.
Dunno what to make of that. I approved everything…
As I child the Sisters told us to pray for our enemies. Back then our enemies were kids who tattled on us or stole our candy. Jesus explained that enemies are those who make you loose you soul and your place in heaven. I never dreamed that any of our own Bishops could ever be in that category.
Enemies are hard to pray for. (no matter who they are)
Let’s all become the perfect example of the ‘second son’ who grumbled and didn’t want to do what the father told him to do – but eventually obeyed.
Everybody, say a rosary today – it only takes about 15 minutes and it is worth an eternity. (we need all the help we can get)
Lord Jesus, please bless and protect all those who love and obey you.
