Usual criminal background check for all priests and parishioner-volunteers: OFAC though?

We’re once again putting everyone through criminal background checks in the parish as required by the diocese via VIRTUS® and its partner STERLING. That’s the usual criminal background check for any and every (Arch)Diocese. The above are the full results of my regularly scheduled check. I was at the top of the list, you know, as an example for others in the parish. Quite thorough, as expected, but also curious.

OFAC? That’s an office within the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Here’s their own description from their own website:

  1. What is OFAC and what does it do?
The Office of Foreign Assets Control administers and enforces economic sanctions programs primarily against countries and groups of individuals, such as terrorists and narcotics traffickers. The sanctions can be either comprehensive or selective, using the blocking of assets and trade restrictions to accomplish foreign policy and national security goals.

Sounds like OFAC is a distancing effort of the ol’ desk for démarche at CCS at “Main” State (US Dept of State) at Foggy Bottom which at least used to be able to apply pressure to foreign countries up to the point of but not including an actual declaration of a hot war about which Congress would otherwise want a say for appearances sake. I have a relationship with CCS by way of DS in North Rosslyn, which forced upon me an unwanted doppelgänger fiasco way back in the mid-late-1970s. DS, of course, outranks DSS and OFAC (and, practically, momentarily, in crunch-time, the DoS and the Pentagon), and can force not only SSNs, alternative identities, passports, etc., but also DNA labeling. I do have a transgression for OFAC, perhaps, as I didn’t register as a foreign agent with the U.S. Consulate on Via Veneto in Rome when I was officially employed for the communications department of a foreign state. Sounds nefarious, but it was simply staffing, creating, producing and airing whatever program for Vatican Radio while salaried by Vatican City State with a direct deposit into a private account at the ultra-unregulated IOR, Vatican Bank. Tsk tsk. No one has held that against me either then or now. Must be something to do with the First Amendment. However, apparently, Vatican Bank had been investigating me for the financing of terrorism and international money laundering for a good many years. Lemme see… could it be because they’ve been doing up money laundering and the financing of international terrorism themselves? OFAC surely laughs. Although the OFAC search came out clean, I must have been purposely put under their radar, as for years and years, rather more seriously, Italy’s Department of Defense also wanted me working for their intel, as did their DIGOS/DIA. That ain’t gonna happen. Boring. My purpose in life is to get souls to heaven.

Social Security number: A good many years ago I found out how powerful a Social Security number is in the hands of any random person. While preparing to go to Israel and Jordan I asked my pharmaceuticals provider to give me some extra months of meds as it would take forever to get a doctor in the back deserts of the Middle East. The nice lady on the phone, having already had my Social Security number on file and up on the screen, pressed “ENTER” on her computer so as to search my SSN and in one second said: “Oh yes, I see you’re booked to land in Tel Aviv on […date…]. Let me get my supervisor’s approval.” That’s like… real-time tracking… Interesting… The SSA, on named servers, has followed the blog with some intensity. Yawn.

FBI’s CJIS: Some of the searches listed above likely include results clogging up a database of available research done at the FBI’s Criminal Justice Information Services in WV, which started following this blog on named servers when I asked rather incisive questions about some bomb threats, and also when I did up a brief analysis on the reach of Peter Strzok’s job shifting at the close of that rather tumultuous period of his life.

But there’s more to that criminal background research than meets the eye in my case. Absolutely included in this generalized criminal research are the results of a rather more incisive period of research on my life by the FBI. Relatively quite recently I was subjected to two months of intensive criminal research by – get this – fully five FBI national research centers scattered about the country – two months – all of these research centers concentrating on different categories of potential crime. I willingly brought this closest of all scrutiny upon myself by ratting out some criminals. I brought a case of… wait for it… probable embezzlement and money laundering which… because of the amounts involved… likely necessitated the financing of international terrorism to get get the job done. And… um… seems I was correct… as the case went forward, right to the top. We’re to pray for enemies, right?

More hacking, stalking, gaslighting. Profiles begin to emerge. For the record.

There’s been some interesting techy activity recently in my little world. Even while writing this very post, in draft, it was disappeared from the screen and put into the trash. I got it back into draft, saved it in a text file, and restored the post. This happens really a lot. It’s just gaslighting. In court, whoever it is would just say they were having fun. But, as we’ll see, this is actually likely an attack on the free exercise of religion and free speech, both serious crimes, especially if it’s tied to any upcoming attacks. A brief history:

  • Perhaps unrelated, but I first noticed this kind of activity not too long ago when my two prized videos of the Discalced Carmelite Monastery’s Stations of the Cross that stretch alongside the cliff edge of Mount Carmel high above Haifa, Israel, were erased by someone hacking into my locked-down YouTube page, erasing just those videos. Perhaps some sort of extortion will be presented to me about those videos, to get them back. But I suspect this is a mere episode of gaslighting.
  • Anyway, provably, my blog subscriptions have been hacked, shadow-banning pretty much all would-be readers. I say provably because I help others with their emails because of their being presently incapacitated. I see the results of shadow-banning of myself inside their own communications.
  • Some months ago an Intel officer of some 28 years, a parishioner, who had done his job while a $50,000,00 bounty was on his head for many of those years, asked me about what I thought of the email he had sent me. “What email?” I asked. I had been getting emails from him regularly but not for some months more recently. While researching my difficulty in receiving his emails, he got me on the phone and together we delved into his address book. Someone had hacked into his address book, erased my address not only in the address book but in group emails, and had slightly changed only my email address so that whatever he would send to me would instead go to the hacker. That takes quite a bit of forethought and experience and determination to gaslight yours truly, using even extremely capable close friends. That’s annoying. This person is purposely trying to get caught doing this for the sake of gaslighting. Interesting facts for the growing profile.
  • For about the fifth time in as many years, usually for about three months at a time, a user of Microsoft Azure faking locations of Chicago and then Des Moines, started low-level hacking pretty much 24/7. It was right after I posted on that all too obvious trying-to-get-caught activity that such a hacker ran away with their hair on fire, screaming like a girl and needing a parachute to slow down. Or it might have been a friendly hacker who stopped this person in their tracks. Thanks for that. But the footprints left indicate that they just wanted to get caught, to gaslight. The one who trashed this post now seems to use iCloud out of Chicago, though Scamalytics puts it in Belverde, TX (near San Antonio). At any rate, the thing is, some people want to know what I have to say, even if for wildly self-contradictory reasons, and wouldn’t appreciate such gaslighting at all.
  • At any rate, another parishioner who wasn’t getting notifications on my blog for that entire time just yesterday informed me that their email system had been hacked as well, so that emails were simply blocked from certain people, that is, with all and only the blocked ones being Catholic, also friends of mine, parishioners, also from such as the chancery offices of the Catholic Diocese to which my parish belongs. This is all true of other parishioners. The same blocking also from me. All of this is discoverable. It’s all gaslighting, as it’s just so obvious. But it’s also about crippling communications.

While this cuts communications more broadly, it’s also quite specific to my parish. What if, say, Jane’s Revenge were to come here to bother us? Parishioners would want to know how to recover, and we would be crippled in doing that, right? Jane’s revenge has said that they will be doing things which also will hurt in hidden ways. This would be one of those hidden ways. And, after all, we’re quite vocal about doing what Jane’s Revenge hates so much: we promote respect for life from natural conception to natural death. We support the first and second amendments. We support the document, however inaccurate, that was leaked from the Supreme Court about the overturning of Roe v Wade and sending it back to voters in the States. That means we say no to abortion and pharmaceutical murder of children to use their organs for “vaccine” experimentation. We’re not woke, not deep state, not George Soros afficionados.

But this tiniest of all parishes in North America couldn’t possibly be on the radar of such people, could it? There are people who know.

Just to say, a guy and a gal (I guess), claiming to be students at Western Carolina University just up the road from the parish visited the parish just minutes after parishioners had left Sunday Mass a while back. I don’t know who they were, although I could easily pick them out of a line-up still today. I spoke with them for quite a while. It was memorable because just so very annoying. They were self-hyped as grass roots funded community organizers practicing full-on Critical Race Theory, so hateful, so disgusting. If there’s one thing that presses my buttons, it’s those who pretend to be racists so as to promote racism, Marxists all. I’m pretty good at playing such overconfident idiots. Instead of my falling for their baiting, they, upon my questioning, said it was actually just one person funding their activities and he wanted to remain anonymous. Get that? And… and… they were specifically interested in knowing if we could defend ourselves if we were attacked in church. Get that? It’s like a pre-confession of crimes they’re going to commit. They were clearly casing local churches to get the database of viability of attacks that Jane’s Revenge is proud to say they’ve been working on for a long time and now have.

The one guy (100% looks like him, and he’s very, um, peculiar) seems to have showed up more recently coming out of the drug house behind me with an accomplice, obviously intent on doing home invasions specifically of the rectory. I know this because I happened upon them while I was returning home at midnight after giving Last Rites to a parishioner just before they went off to the hospital. Thanks for the incredible timing, Guardian Angel.

Lastly, if you know, you know:

Gun control, cartels, kickbacks, death… and Catholic Charities

It’s been my contention for many years that, say, the reason why Chicago, dumping ground of deadly drugs for, say, the Sinaloa cartel, has some of the most restrictive gun control anywhere ever, is that the politicos are given massive kickbacks from the sale of deadly drugs to the effect that law abiding cititizens are not allowed to protect themselves with their 2nd amendment God-given rights, but those on the street who sell the drugs, even if ultra-felons, even if arrested, are simply let go so that they continue their sell of deadly drugs as accompanied by untold numbers of murders. Follow the money.

Gun control only hurts citizens in good standing. Thugs and buffoons assisting the cartels love gun control, because they are not controlled by it. This is all proven exhaustively, comprehensively, repeatedly, year after year, decade after decade, century after century, millennium after millennium. Everyone knows it, including, say, the Department of Justice, including, say, INL in the Department of State, including, say, the Department of Homeland Security.

Oh. I forgot. The Disinformation Governance Board of DHS will deny everything written in this post and force shadow banning on any such opinions. They’ll say it’s a grey area. As I’ve always said, when anyone claims “grey,” a river of red blood is shed.

The FBI? Easy peasy. They’re good at following the money. They know who’s who:

But I hate to point fingers. That’s not fair.

You know whose policies are also helping cartels with drugs and human trafficking and sex trafficking, hurting these U.S.A.? Catholic Charities. Let’s see… remember this video?

I got a response about that video from Catholic Charities. The response was a mishmash of ambiguity about being happy to follow the direction of the bishops in these USA. So, a non-response. Whatrya gonna do, Father Byers, take away the 501(c)3 of Catholic Charities? ;-)

*Don’t Give Up On Me* Police Tribute

The Department of Justice Arlington (sarcastic Rosslyn) funneled through the George Bush Center for Intelligence (careful McLean) visited the blog last night, surely at the suggestion of the FBI’s CJIS (apoplectic Bridgeport), and right quickly after that post on Jewish Catholic Dialogue was published, and not because of any comments on Jewish Catholic Dialogue. Maybe it was the title of that post that set algorithms screaming with all seven levels alarmed. ;-)

But that title wasn’t click-bait. It was quite the good time.

Question is, am I about to get red-flagged for being too good of a shot with a mere Glock? Not to worry, guys and gals, I got your six. See the video above.

Sure, I’ve been hearing really a lot about corruption of “State” and “Justice” etc. Whatever. That’s to be found everywhere. It’s how to work with it, right? Life is bigger than the corruption of some. For my part, I’m continuing to spruce up training from ICPC, you know, about Death Notifications, PTSD, Suicidal Ideation Among Officers, Ceremonies, etc. It’s the least I can do.

I fully realize that some at “Justice” may well have difficulties tolerating the very existence of law enforcement, but here’s how I look at it: Take note of the individual officer. These are fellow human beings doing a service to the community. There are plenty of superb officers, just as there is a multitude of great people at “Justice” and “State” and amongst “Intel”. Right? The greatness of these USA is that we don’t throw everyone in different categories but rather recognize the God-given rights of all.

It’s true though, I would like to see honor honored and promoted just as dishonorable and murderous traitors of these USA should have an honest court hold them to penalties applicable in law. But, whatever. I say: Saint Michael, pray for us.

Don’t give up on me.

Just after I bought my ticket for Rome: “Fortis fortuna adiuvat.” No! Angels!

DOJ

After my passport numbers went up on line from my favorite travel agency, these hits about my itinerary overseas above were then followed by the same from the FBI’s national research center near Fairmont / Clarksburg WV (CJIS), the largest institution of the agency for centralized info on criminal justice. This is something new, as I’ve learned to expect just a visit from the George Bush Center for Intelligence with a server named so as to be seen. Courteous. I can feel the love! But what changed so as to occasion CJIS?

FBI-Atlanta was kind enough to let me know the other week that I’m involved with the DARPA – COMPASS program. That may have replaced my original decades old perpetual interdepartmental cannot-be-unmasked-for-more-details program of tracking that Main State and later the FBI described to me with a letter and then an alternative identity (effectively a third!) without me asking for it. The COMPASS program carries a certain risk. A target of COMPASS, i.e., a person of interest, can be such because of being at risk or as constituting a risk. Since I’ve always been treated extraordinarily well, I’m guessing I’m in the at risk category, and COMPASS, as DARPA’s new toy, is the now by far the most effective mathematical analysis prediction “machine” (if you will) concerning individuals somehow in the midst of gray zone activities. It’s much easier to just throw me in the mix and forget about it along with the now small multitude of ambiguous characters. That’s what COMPASS is for: easing the burden of work, doing more with less.

In that case, I’m guessing that the tracking promised by Main State in the early 1990s has been delegated to the usual CAPPS systems which continuously updates passenger name records (PNR) for everyone on any given flight manifest. If there’s a high enough risk score attached to that PNR, an inquiry is automatically sent along to the TSA of DHS and, when they are frustrated at being locked out as to why there is a high score, they send the inquiry along. It’s imagined that CJIS can come up with a reason for the high risk score, and, pushing a bit more when that’s found to be untrue, the inquiry is simply overruled by Main State and I’m cleared for the flight, all updating in the COMPASS spreadsheets for use in their surely infallible algorithms. ;-)

So, it’s highly doubtful that there will be a pesky no-fly list notification while, ticket in hand, I attempt to get a gate and confirmed seat assignment at Hartsfield-Jackson international terminal. After all, I’m forever “accompanied”, to use Pope Francis’ terminology, on flights since as long as I can remember, back into the 1980s. I’ve never been on any SSSS or TSDB lists as far as I know, though in 1990 and then again in 2009 some entirely expected fun was to be had at Tel Aviv’s Ben Gurion. Smiling chutzpah always wins the day.

The last time I went through the TSA shake down in Atlanta the agents instead stepped waaaay back and let me and my carry-on stuff pass totally unchecked despite plenty of metal in the carry-on stuff and literally many pounds of surgical metal holding my leg together. When I protested their lack of concern about the carry-on stuff and all the metal I had on me they instead said that it didn’t matter, and that I could go through, that I’m good, because their checking me didn’t matter. That just left me bewildered. Less checking than for the pilot, the only other guy in line. It’s not like they were busy…

My seating is always switched out at the last second so as to place me with diplomats (with their usual retinue) or with various branches of the military or with Federal Air Marshals or of other reps of institutes and agencies, always. Or maybe these are the only people who fly these days. One memory in particular regards a most polite and well mannered diplomat who enlisted my help to get safely to the Excelsior in Rome, a kind of beyond the star system hotel next to the U.S. Embassy, reminiscent of the “Continental” of John Wick fame. Goodness!

My usual unusual accompaniment during the flight should be more interesting than the usual interestingness.

Some would wish good luck, good fortune. No. Life has nothing to do with such imagined things as hoped by the creators of the all-power-encompassing COMPASS program, which, ironically, is based entirely on chance, luck, the demon goddess “Fortuna.” What a living hell that is…

Instead, everything has come together seemingly miraculously, in the Providence of our Lord, with the ministrations of the angels, to ensure that what needs to be done is accomplished. But after that, it seems to me, I’ll be quite on my own. But that’s O.K. That’s also according to the will of the Lord. And I’m happy with that.
