Main State RICO: taking “payments”. Or just let it go. Watch death for fun.

Remember my “Shadow”? He’s the guy who stole my identity decades ago to get a clean identity to travel under so as to do arms transfers to straw purchasers for upstart cartels, specifically that of Sinaloa. He was a program runner for DoS shenanigans, inextricably entrenched under my name. He wants to send monthly “payments” to me. For what? Paying me for the use of my identity to commit crimes? Thirty pieces of silver for all those murdered with the AK-47s and mountains of ammo he transferred to the worst murderers South of the border? [By the way, these interdepartmental State Department programs are never about just guns, but rather about disrupting governments and economies. Giving weapons to the most adept murderers really helps.] For years, my “Shadow” wanted me to purchase vehicles for him, put my name on his properties, get a property for him in my parish right now. I’ve never done any of those things and none of these “payments” are for any of that. He says that the amount will be at least as much as 8% of his adjusted gross income. If your bleeding heart bleeds for this never repented guy and you are making excuses for him and you think he’s ever so sweet and nice and that I’m just an ol’ meanie who needs to give it all a break, take a breath. Having done that…

blue.png

If you know what the rules are for Federal Income tax right now in these USA, just stare at that 8% for a moment and figure out what he’s doing, I mean, you know, considering that I’m a pastor of a 501c3 church. Money laundering. Get it? It falls under the RICO act (racketeer influenced corrupt organizations act). I mean, did I extort him for “payments” as a way to get back at him in some way? Anyway, I expect all that from him. So when I see rubbish like this, what I do is not stare at him, stunned by his behavior; instead, I look with disgust at Main State. They know this is going on, laughing. It’s their program. Great headline though: Pope Francis’ Jewish-Catholic-Priest Missionary of Mercy imprisoned for racketeering. The State Department owes it to me to get me out of this.

blue.png

They know the bit of blue I want. They all have it.

It would solve really a lot of things.

blue.png

Like Stzrok and McCabe and Comey and the whole sorry lot of the them in upper hierarchy of the FBI, Main State bad actors are plenteous. They made a mistake on 28 and 30 June 2017. There are recordings. I won’t give up. My going to prison, framed, won’t stop me. To the FBI and Main State: go ahead and ask Secretary Mike Pompeo and Director Gina Haspel when they get confirmed for a summary of my case and that of my “Shadow.” Can’t do it, can you? It would devolve back on you, wouldn’t it? A little too much Fast and Furious? Pope Francis is right about the sin of corruption. Hey! I’m all about forgiveness, but as John the Baptist says: Bear the fruits of repentance.

Update: Creepy “Shadow” is as creepy does. Gunrunning, murder. So what?

parishioner father shot to death

This is the front page of a newspaper down in Mexico. The fellow face down on the sidewalk is the father of a parishioner, shot actually not three but four times in the back of the head.

When this happens I immediately think of my “Shadow” who has always fully admitted to felonious gunrunning guns feloniously purchased and feloniously transferred from these USA to a felonious straw purchaser in Mexico for felonious gangs and cartels with a feloniously obtained ID, that is, mine (which is why I call him my “Shadow”), with Sinoloa being a favorite region. The guns were, for instance, AK-47s, which are not your usual daily “carry” for self-defense.

  • The exclamation “guns kill people” – when the guns are legally obtained for the legal purpose of legitimate self-defense – is not true.
  • The exclamation “guns kill people” – when the guns are illegally obtained for the illegal purpose of the illegitimate murder of others – is true. Supplying a terrorist with the weapons of terrorism makes one a terrorist.

Before I knew that my “Shadow” had stolen my ID, he was writing letters, which, I must say, were a shocking surprise. This guy was sending letters saying that he was buying AK-47s and mountains of ammo and bringing these to Mexico (naming a tiny town in particular near Sinaloa). Just to say, this was in the very early 1990s when my dad was dying, throwing him into deep confusion. I remember how upset this made me with this guy. I would soon find out how connected he was/is to me. Then my “Shadow” wound up in maximum security prison in Mexico. Then my dad died. Then I got the letter from the Ambassador at Main State speaking about what to do about my “Shadow” stealing my identity, that is, nothing except to watch bank accounts, keep the emergency number they gave me, and make copies of the letter for travel as I was to be put on a perpetual program. When does that ever happen instead of just having the perp arrested? Never is the answer, unless there is a program.

My “Shadow” and I have been emailing back and forth pretty ferociously these last few days. He thinks it’s creepy that I have a problem with gunrunning, saying that “There are probably about a hundred million legal guns in the USA”, with that fact making illegal gun running to Mexico just fine and dandy for him, despite how many people are murdered because of putting illegally obtained guns into the hands of criminal gangs and cartels. It’s equating the two – legal and illegal – that is creepy.

He brags about himself: “I havent had any felony convictions ever in the USA.” Of course, that doesn’t say anything about a possible felony warrant with no statue of limitations for having committed the fraud of identity theft so as illegally to purchase AK-47s to illegally bring those guns to Mexico to sell illegally to a straw purchaser so as to support illegal activities. But no convictions. Great! Kind of strange, that, the no convictions thing. But then again, that’s all consonant with Main State not caring about having an international criminal arrested, instead just indicating that I’ll be on a perpetual program. That no-conviction-thing is also consonant with the FBI in conjunction with Main State specifically following up on this years later by giving me a false passport, protecting the perp while wanting me to just disappear. Doesn’t happen every day, does it? The answer is never, except when there’s a program.

I recall that when, in a relatively recent four hour long conversation, I made the baiting comment that it’s too bad for America that so very much money is spent in having me protected while traveling, with him immediately instantaneously interrupting me to say that that is relatively speaking a very minor part of the budget for a very minor part of the progra… cutting off his response when he realized he had said too much. Anyway, back to the recent round of emails:

My “Shadow” says I should just get over it [the gunrunning in my name], not make a big deal of it, like “mexicans” he says. “They pretty much get over all that as time goes by.”

Yeah, well, a lot of them are dead. Maybe that’s why they “get over all that.”

He says: “There are millions of illegal aliens using fake ID’s every day.”

Yeah, well, not all those millions in his reckoning are buying AK-47s to transfer to Mexico to have people get murdered.

I’m a Missionary of Mercy and I’m all for forgiveness, but if someone make excuses for behavior which assists in the murder of untold numbers of people, that doesn’t lend itself to thinking that there is appropriate appreciation of what is called repentance and contrition and amendment of life. Bitter rationalization is, in this case, a licence to kill.

He goes on to say how he bought his own properties, but fails to mention how he wanted my name on those properties in recent years, and wants me to get him a property up here in Western North Carolina right now. Pretty brave, given his history, you ask?

He then goes on about his conspiracy theories, speaking of…

“all politicians who are all masons who make blood pacts of loyalty secrecy and obedience to the talmudic bosses of masonry. The old timey catholic church opposed talmudic jews and fremasons. Not any more. Father George the big bad jesuit who is into talmudic deception.”

I guess he doesn’t know that I’m not a Jesuit. Then again, he uses a small “j”, making this a pejorative adjective for the Brits. When he went off like this in the recent past (not infrequent) – he being for some time (still now?) a close follower of David Duke, wanting to be one of his academic advisers at one time – I sent him the official full title of a certain institute in Israel in Hebrew – you know, the other “Company” whose motto from the Scriptures is written out in blood red letters in modern script in the header of this blog – so as to test his knowledge of Hebrew. None. So he goes on:

“what does that hebrew s[***] you texted me mean? I texted you that you should go to a foreign country and advise them about how to avoid being taken advantage of by the israelites and you texted me a hebrew sentance in reply. My guess is the hebrew would english translate to mean  “I am a loyal talmudic deciever who hates Jesus Christ and all christians”. Or probably just “I am a loyal talmudic deciever”,Or maybe “God demands the israelites decieve the nations to usurp all wealth and political power.”

This “Shadow” guy knew me as a kid. We had a common friend in a Jewish kid of the same age. The Jewish kid, Neil, didn’t want to be manipulated concerning a far-away project. Neil made a good choice. But that might have have been what turned my “Shadow” off regarding Jews. Neil died very many years ago.

I remember all the times (with multiple bullets each time) when I was 300 yards across a pond and he shot at me with a .22 rifle, the bullets ricocheting off the water exactly where, because of the drop, the bullet would hit had he aimed right at me. And other times come to mind. Anyway, I digress.

If anyone is thinking that I’m just an entitled brat and should just get over it, I respond to say that dead people in Mexico don’t just get over it. In what manner is the Church a field hospital in a spiritual sense if it is not a field hospital in a physical sense. Should I not fight for the least of our brothers among us? It’s much too graphic to put up here, but if you want to know what I’m talking about, look up sinaloa cartel victims on a google image search. Or don’t. It’s all dismembered, decapitated bodies that you can’t un-see. I just don’t like it that guns have been supplied to them in my name.

Conversely, if anyone is thinking that they should go to bat for me, instead, really instead, have a read of Jason Chaffetz’ report which he handed in just before he resigned from Congress. It recites a long list of obfuscation, non-cooperation: 2017-FINAL-REPORT. Think you’ll get anywhere with OCEDETF, BATFE, DEA, DHS, ICE, FBI, DOJ, DOS…? Not a chance. An act of Congress won’t do it. Moreover, this all predates Fast and Furious, with two to three dozen programs taking place at any given time then as now, with untold numbers of physical levels of deniability for anyone and everyone. It never happened. An operator such as my “Shadow” can be on the take from two, three, four or more programs, none of them knowing about each other, agencies competing with each other. Not easy. My “Shadow” spoke to me about others like him that he would see on his forays. It’s something pretty much anyone can do, even me, at least in his eyes. He was trying to convince me just a while back at how I could make money doing this. That should tell you something.

So, you’ll not get anywhere, especially because you have no dog in the fight. I do. Me. Sorry, but don’t speak on my behalf. That does not at all make things easier. Again, there are so very many levels of physical deniability beyond which you just cannot go. This is how things are set up. No proof. But, there it is.

Finally, know this: as I’m told by one of leading operators of all operators, guns are just a tiny, tiny, tiny part of what is always a much larger strategy to destabilize a foreign country’s law enforcement, military, government, politicians and economy (and in this case also the Church with the assassination of the outspoken Cardinal Ocampo), meaning that such a country is no longer able to compete, which is held to be success for us. That’s the world for you.

I know, let’s concentrate on Jesus. I remind my “Shadow” about Jesus. I’m not sure I’m getting very far, but I’ll keep trying. Jesus was another Jew. Like me. But prayer is powerful.

I wish I could talk to the FBI (my “Shadow” is in the USA) about the profile of this “Shadow” guy, but after I turned down the false passport offer of the FBI and State Department, they just don’t want to hear anything.

I wonder if this is the next thing to be moved. Imagine what this would do to border guards and politicians around the world. Imagine the extortion. But that’s the point, right? I don’t know what he’s up to right now or how much wherewithal he has. He seems fed up with what he’s doing right now on the up and up side of things. I do know he’s wanting to make a major move soon.

UPDATE: The entire response of my “Shadow” to this post is that he doesn’t personally right now own a personal gun and he doesn’t personally bother to shoot any guns.

My “Shadow” sent my entire texting history with him to the *destination*

safe-house

This is just one of those boring, kryptic, for-the-record posts.

Pictured above is the safe-house of my “Shadow.” He’s the guy who stole my identity, becoming me back in the mid-late 1970s, looking like me and the same age as me, but with maybe just a tiny little bit more grey in the mustache. He wants to gain weight so as to be an identical copy of me. I have trouble losing weight because of a medicine I take. He even wanted me to sign off on all his properties (many) not for me to own them but so that he could disappear. This has been going on for decades.

Pictured below is my “Shadow”. He looks like a tramp for my visit. He’s really good at what he does. He doesn’t live at his safe house. He has a much nicer place. And a super-decked out conversion van, you know, for work. He seems to live far beyond his means. Hint, hint, hint.

img_20170125_204742

A little while back my “Shadow” copied and forwarded all my text messages with him to an unknown destination upon that destination’s request. That was very soon after I put in a case with the FBI that would involve the FBI, CT at McLean and Main State (because of what Main State had said to me, confirming that two days later, both being extensive conversations). Interesting. I am reminded of texting conversations these days what with all the flurry about the not analogous but perhaps not too separate case of Stzrok and his girl friend.

Back in 1992 Main State wrote me a two page single space letter saying that they couldn’t care less about my Shadow, but were instead going to track me, and this in perpetuity. In 1996 the FBI at the U.S. Consulate in Rome tried to force me, a citizen in good standing in these USA, to forego my identity and disappear altogether, letting the guy who took my identity years before go on with his life as me. To their disgruntlement, I didn’t do it. It has been chaos all these years, stretching back into the 1980s. I could write volumes about this. It isn’t about to end soon:

I have to say that my “Shadow” has a human side to him, you know, a little bit of guilt, a weak spot. I like that. It works for me. He seems to have “mistakenly” let me in on the texting he had with the destination of my texting history with him. Heh heh heh. For the record. It’s surely not that they didn’t have that texting history already available to them; it’s that they wanted to see if he would be so loyal to them as to do their bidding, no matter what. Whatever about him, it was written for them.

For the record, let’s say that that request of mine at the top of that texting (the destination will know what that is) is actually serious. That would solve particular endangerment that I’m put in because of this, right? Along with that goes something else that goes along with that and is one of the primary reasons for that, and that would solve a lot as well, right? Be nice.

[Could I possibly be more kryptic than that? Lol. ;-) ]

Absolving excommunicated Mafiosi. Pope Francis’ conscience. Targeting Missionaries of Mercy. My fault?

don pino puglisi

Blessed Father Pino Puglisi, killed by the Sicilian Mafia.

Pope Francis’ problem in declaring the excommunications of Mafiosi is not that there would have to be a publication by name of individuals involved (which they wouldn’t care about as they would be convicted and imprisoned and publicized as such), but rather a publication by name of individuals who have sought to have their excommunications lifted.

Part of that lifting of the excommunication involves a confessions of sins, which would involve many if not all the crimes for which they have been convicted, if not many, many, many more.

Those “pentiti” might rarely seek out a witness protection program of the State. That program would be granted along with immunity to those who would rat out others in the mafia and confess to the State even more crimes.

And yet, those individuals, not trusting the State, might want to avoid all of that and simply wait until they leave prison. If they then seek to have their excommunications lifted, whether in prison or, finally, out, they would simply go to, say, a Missionary of Mercy (if they are granted the faculties for such a situation) or a priest who could put them in touch with the bishop of the place or the Apostolic Penitentiary in Rome, depending on the logistics of delegation for the lifting of the penalty.

However, upon the publication of their names that they have had their excommunications lifted, those individuals would then have a contract put out on them by the Mafia, a death sentence, for it is known that part of this would be a confession of their sins, again, surely everything, not just that for which they were convicted, but all other crimes, murder, extortion, usually involving many others of their Mafia crowd.

And now there is someone who has a 1st hand Confession of that which both law enforcement of whatever country and the now betrayed Mafia will want to put down. Thus, there will be a hit put out not only on the ex-Mafia guy, but also the priest or bishop.

“Troppe cose conosce… padre…” [Bang!]

Fine. That’s O.K. Happy to do it. Missionaries of Mercy volunteered to do just this kind of thing, right? But that’s Pope Francis’ conscience problem, right? It shouldn’t be.

The status quo just isn’t working. The status quo is that, say, a Mafia funeral is being arranged at the funeral home for whatever parish; the undertaker rings the priest who already knows he’s going to get the call. The priest agrees, even though he knows that the Mafia guy is a notorious sinner and such a funeral would be a scandal. He does this because he doesn’t want untoward consequences. This happens all the time.

The same is true of Mafia weddings: “Padre, you will be at the villa on top of the mountain at 1:00 PM today to witness a marriage.” The priest knows that this is a Mafia wedding, that probably the girl is unwilling, even with a gun to her head, that a previous spouse could have been killed, whatever. No premarital investigation. He does it.

The priest does it because if he doesn’t there will be consequences, probably not involving himself, but others. His mother gets a broken arm. The family bakery is burned down. A drugged up teenage unwilling mafia prostitute is dragged in front of him and has her brains blown out.

But what we’re talking about here is not just the “Mafia” but such as MS 13, Calle 18, the Aryan Brotherhood, et alii, but also all the diverse thuggish ethnic groups, all the cartels.

Or is there another way?

Pope Francis is used to doing things a little differently, so why not with this as well?

Could any priest lift the excommunication? Guaranteed, this will just have any number of priests indiscriminately killed. That would become the initiation murder into whatever organization. There are hundreds of extremely violent groups who day in and day out torture and kill men, young and old, but also women, boys and girls, infants, babies. All the time. Day in, day out. The old Mafia honor thing doesn’t exist anymore.

So, I say, just give it to the Missionaries of Mercy.

But, here’s the deal: Law enforcement wants the info of those confessions just as bad as does any corrupt organization. The FBI, you have to know, will also stop at absolutely nothing to get that information. When you see enough hell, torture, death, of kids, day in, day out, becoming so frustrated, and here are these priests sitting on this information, first hand sincere confessions, just how is it that you get those priests to rat out their penitents and break the seal of confession. All the same extortion and tactics can come into play. Technological ploys are common place. But there are ways to overcome all these things. But I’ll tell you this, the FBI makes a thing of coming to these posts specifically on the absolution of the possible excommunication of the Mafia-esque crowd frequently, especially lately. Something’s afoot.

And as far as the declaration that the excommunication being lifted goes, the Missionary simply, though secretly, provides the name of the one who, outside of confession, before the confession, had his excommunication lifted. That name then simply disappears from the list published on the Vatican web-site rather than from any local (arch)diocese.

But there’s more. It’s not just a godfather or a made man that we’re talking about, is it? What about the guy who creates a drug problem among your kids, then makes money from the problem he himself created by profiting from the drug habit of those kids, he being the street dealer or someone in the middle or higher up. It’s all RICO. Are we talking all drug pushers? Wow. I’m your guy, Pope Francis. I’ll do it. As reparation for my sins, for those of my “Shadow”, for those of some of our law enforcement, some of those in the State Department, some priests who caved and only facilitated such criminals.

===============

Perhaps I’m at fault here regarding all this business about excommunications. Some years ago I put in a bid to have exactly this kind of thing done. It wasn’t long after that that an episcopal intervention about this was made here in these U.S.A. It wasn’t long after that that Pope Francis began this process of finding a way such excommunications effected. Perhaps it’s just a coincidence. At any rate, you can’t just do stuff and guardian angels let you get away with nothing happening to you while others are done in because of your intervention. Fine. Whatever. I just don’t care, meaning, I’m not the one to decide how life goes. God guides history. The angels make it happen. So, it’s all good by me.

Going to Guadalupe? Pay the Mexican Military Cartel cash or die. It’s that bad.

ak 47 ammo

We had a wedding last Saturday in the parish. The couple went to Mexico for their honeymoon. They reported back that there are now military checkpoints everywhere in Mexico. They don’t ask for documents or other useless rubbish. They want money, only. If you refuse, they let you go, but they call ahead to inform the drug cartel in whatever area that you refuse to donate to their cause. The cartel stops you, and simply kills you as an example for others. This makes me upset inasmuch as my identity was used for arms transfers to the Sinaloa Cartel just when Joaquín “El Chapo” Archivaldo Guzmán Loera (now imprisoned along with his “godson”) started to terrorize innocent civilians, the government, the politicians, law enforcement and, finally, the Church.

Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman, American puppet[?] treated like royalty

el chapo.png

Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman is in federal lockup, up on the tenth floor of Manhattan’s Metropolitan Correctional Center, second in security only to the ultra-super-max in Colorado. There are more than forty witnesses ready to testify against him. I’d like to add one more name to that list…

From prison, Guzman will continue to head up the world’s largest drug cartel (concentrating on cocaine, heroin and meth), which is, as expected, also by far the most violent. His Sinaloa thugs have killed more than 30,000 people, a third of the more than 100,000 people assassinated in the Mexican drug war. That’s not counting the millions whose lives were destroyed by his drugs right around the world, and millions more for succeeding generations. He is largely responsible for the rampant drug use in these USA, and is indirectly responsible for all the crime and murder and family sorrow related to the presence of drugs. Anyone who has ever helped him now has a debt of honor to work against him…

I would have some questions for our own government about all this, you know, why it seems that he was simply our puppet, someone who would destabilize a neighboring country so that it couldn’t possibly prosper. Remember how he was the hero assisting the U.S. government in the investigation of the assassination of Cardinal Ocampo? Remember how we supplied him weapons? Is he here in the USA because he won’t be able to talk much to the outside world about our partnership with him?

I would have some questions for the Mexican government along these lines, such as why Mexico, which wants to see Guzman convicted and imprisoned about 100,000 times more than these USA… why did they give him up to these USA?

Guzman enjoys 240 square feet of floor space. Multiply that by air space up to the ceiling and that’s 2,400 square feet. That’s one hundred times as much space as American prisoners in, say, the New Hampshire State Prison for Men, where inmates get a total of 24 square feet, that is, a coffin sized bunk two feet high, two feet wide and six feet long. That’s it. These USA treat Guzman like royalty. Why is that?
