So, a Jewish mother with her seven sons were being forced to eat pork by the pagan demon worshipers. The demon worshipers had some pans fired up, and were frying up pigs for the occasion. Swine were thought to be possessed by demons. Eating pork was tantamount to asking demons to possess oneself. Remember the exorcism of the naked man possessed by demons who were then cast into the swine?
The Jewish mother and her seven sons wouldn’t go along with such worship of demon spirits by eating the pork. So the skin of their heads with their hair was ripped off, their feet and hands cut off, and now they themselves were fried in those large pans on top of the fire of the torturers.
Jesus would declare all foods clean as He was personally to pay the price in His own justice for the mercy of exorcising us from the demons. Jesus faced all of hell broken out on Calvary.
So, now we hunt, say, wild boar and have plenty of bacon to enjoy.
But the great witness of the mother and her seven sons remains incriminating all those who worship demons. We are never, ever to compromise even under severe coercion, even in the face of torture and death. We are not even to cave into the pressure of the brow-beating and bullying of enforced political correctness from “friends,” even if those friends are (Cardinal) (Arch)Bishops, including the Bishop of Rome:
“Worship the bloodthirsty demon idol Pachamama mother-earth, that abomination of desolation caused to be established on the Holy of Holies where it must not be by divine mandate!”
“Call on the western grandmother demon and the circle of spirits for purification and protection, you know, apart from anything whatsoever to do with Jesus! Put your hands on your heart!”
Instead, we are always to witness to the Divine Messiah, our Savior, the very Son of the Living God. We are not to cast Jesus aside so as to worship demons.
I’m hoping those at this address in Rome below will always serve the Son of the Living God.
I apologize that while recalling the mother of these seven brothers as she witnessed them being tortured to death, I got terribly choked up. If all of a sudden the homily stops dead, repeatedly, while you’re listening, it’s not over yet. That’s just me about to leave the sanctuary to break down in tears. It was all I could do just to stand there feeling very self-conscious. I was thinking of Mary standing under the Cross of her dear Son whilst He was being tortured to death. I’m told that this is all weakness on my part. I’m to be ashamed of it. But it is what it is. That’s where I’m at. Another weak priest. Who would’ve thought?
“LifeSiteNews has learned from Keith Armato, a leading Catholic layman close to the situation, that the archbishop of Chicago had demanded for months now that the Institute [ICKSP] signs a document with five or six points. Among the points they had to sign – each priest individually – was that the Novus Ordo rite is the only true expression of the Roman rite. This formulation stems directly from Pope Francis’ own document Traditionis Custodes, an explanation that makes it clear that the traditional Roman rite has to disappear altogether.”
I mean, I don’t know what any of this even means. Pope Francis celebrated Holy Mass in the Ambrosian Rite of the Latin Rite up in Milan as recently as 2017. There are very many Rites in the Latin Rite. And what about the Congolese Rite, the upcoming Amazonian Rite, etc.?
Oh, I get it. Pope Francis is saying that the particular Roman Rite of the much more comprehensive Latin Rite only has one true expression, which is the Novus Ordo and not at all the Traditional Latin Mass. I see. He surely means that this refers not to validity but to liceity, not to the fact of the Most Holy Sacrifice being offered in the TLM (which always remains true), but only to his modus operandi of holding that the only legally acceptable way of offering Holy Mass in Roman Rite is by adhering to the Sacramentary of Novus Ordo instead of the Missale Romanum of the TLM. I get it.
Oh, but wait! Text without context is pretext, right? Let’s see… Ah yes! Here we go! From Traditionis custodes:
“Art. 1. The liturgical books promulgated by Saint Paul VI and Saint John Paul II, in conformity with the decrees of Vatican Council II, are the unique [“l’unica espressione”=only, sole] expression of the lex orandi of the Roman Rite.”
Oh, but wait! That’s not just a foundational disciplinary statement; that’s about doctrine, the very fact of the Sacrifice of Jesus being offered. Gotta put on the brakes and drill down into this. That “lex orandi” is the law of prayer which is the source and summit of the lex credendi, the law of believing. Is any of this defined for us in the broader context? Yes, indeed! Let’s turn to the accompanying letter of Traditionis custodes addressed to the bishops:
“Most people understand the motives that prompted St. John Paul II and Benedict XVI to allow the use of the Roman Missal, promulgated by St. Pius V and edited by St. John XXIII in 1962, for the Eucharistic Sacrifice.”
That’s from paragraph 2 of the letter. It’s clear that Pope Francis admits that John Paul II and Benedict XVI consider the TLM to be a valid manner to offer “the Eucharistic Sacrifice.”
“Benedict XVI declared ‘the Missal promulgated by St. Pius V and newly edited by Blessed John XXIII, as a extraordinary expression of the same lex orandi‘, granting a ‘more ample possibility for the use of the 1962 Missal’.”
That’s from paragraph 3 of the letter. It’s clear that Benedict speaks of “expressions” of the “same lex orandi,” which is thus defined by him as the Holy Sacrifice of Jesus.
“The Motu proprio recognized that, in its own right, ‘the Missal promulgated by Paul VI is the ordinary expression of the lex orandi of the Catholic Church of the Latin rite’. The recognition of the Missal promulgated by St. Pius V ‘as an extraordinary expression of the same lex orandi‘ did not in any way underrate the liturgical reform, but was decreed with the desire to acknowledge the ‘insistent prayers of these faithful,’ allowing them “to celebrate the Sacrifice of the Mass according to the editio typica of the Roman Missal promulgated by Blessed John XXIII in 1962 and never abrogated, as the extraordinary form of the Liturgy of the Church.”
That’s from paragraph 4 of the letter. Again, it is crystal clear that the lex orandi, the law of prayer, refers to the Holy Sacrifice of Jesus present in any form, in any expression of the Roman Rite, of the Latin Rite.
But Pope Francis, with a slight of hand, you know, some prestidigitations, now has it in Traditionis custodes that the only expression of the law of prayer in the Roman Rite is the Novus Ordo, exclusive of the TLM. But if the law of prayer, literally the Holy Sacrifice of Jesus, is not to be found in any way with the TLM, Pope Francis is now saying that the TLM is an invalid Mass, no Mass at all. Nothing. No Sacrifice. No Sacrament. No Eucharistic Sacrifice. Nothing. It’s in fact an excommunicatable offence, for it is therefore only a simulation of a Mass, a simulation of a Sacrament.
I could never put my name to a document forcing me to deny Jesus in His very Sacrifice for me. Never!
Anyway, all this is why, in the Responsa ad dubia, it is said that the TLM has nothing to do with the life of the parish. Get it? Jesus’ Sacrifice has nothing to do with the life of the parish.
Sure, I might well be thrown out of the priesthood if I were ever to reject being forced to sign such a document, thus signing my ticket to hell if I did that. But I would be joyful in being thrown on the trash heap. Maybe I would finally have time to write about the Immaculate Conception. And in that I would most certainly rejoice. My voice of joy would be heard up to the heavens!
So, Cardinal Cupich, the Red Guard, in Chicago is entirely shutting down the Institute of Christ the King in Chicago, you know, because they offer the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, Confession, Last Rites, the Faith.
Did they get due process for their incessant crimes of reciting the Creed?
This is absurd. A precedent of things to come. The Diocese of Charleston, just to the south of me, has also chosen this day to clamp down all the more. I’m guessing there will be many more and that the speed of closing down the TLM will increase: “You’re believers! Guilty!”
This is about logistics. The priests are not themselves cancelled, but all their priestly activity is cancelled. Can they be, will they be welcomed anywhere else in the world? Pope Francis is watching closely. Remember, they say – “Credo…” – and so are guilty of the worst crime in the world. Who could, who would take them? And so it will be for the rest of us.
But maybe if the good priests would just be more like Blase and bribe the demons with blessings for the new year so as to be saved by these demons in the coming year:
Or – Hey! – maybe the good priests should be more like Father Pfleger, and use a Pachamama canoe for the Consecration at Holy Mass.
Or – Hey! – maybe the good priests should STOP saying the Hail Mary and the Saint Michael prayer after Holy Mass. I bet that’s the problem.
Or – Hey! – ….
No. The good priests should just continue being good priests, come what may. The Lord Jesus, Sovereign High Priest, will provide for them, certainly also the privilege of being with Him on the Cross.
Read that article to the end. It includes the priest’s response to Pope Francis in his own words.
This priest can now only offer the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass “privately”, but even that will be taken away unless he absolutely refrains from saying anything that the Supreme Pontiff might just possibly not like.
This martyr priest is, of course, being used as an example to all other priests and bishops. Say anything whatsoever to assist the Bishop of Rome to be closer to Jesus and that Bishop of Rome will attack you with all the fury of hell.
My response to such self-righteous abuse of authority Karen drama on the part of the Successor of Peter – how embarrassing – is to cite Galatians 2:11, you remember, when Saint Paul reprimanded [not yet Saint] Peter:
“When Cephas [Peter] came to Antioch, however, I [Paul] opposed him to his face, because he stood to be condemned.”
As I’ve said before, had Paul refrained from doing this, both he and Peter would have gone to hell. Had Paul done this but Peter rejected the rebuke, Paul would go to heaven but Peter to hell. As it is, Paul did do this and now both are in heaven, Saint Paul and Saint Peter. Great!
Canon law recognizes the God-given right of the Christ’s faithful to bring their concerns to the pastors of the Church without fear of getting kicked in the face, without fear of having their throats slit by those who would throw infantile tantrums against such charitable souls. This priest isn’t an old meanie. Reprimanding someone who needs it is extremely difficult. The easy way until everyone goes to hell is just to say that abortion is a Holy Sacrament, that good is evil, that Jesus is not divine, that there is no sin, that there is no doctrine, no morality, nothing. But this priest isn’t taking the easy way that leads to hell. He trying to get himself and Pope Francis to heaven, like Paul did with Peter. Is that so bad?
In solidarity with this priest, who says he will continue to speak up, and who’s probably heading for laicization because of that, and in solidarity with the Successor of Peter now ingloriously reigning, who needs to receive such a reprimand from that priest, prayers go up for both. Please join me: Hail Mary…
Father James Blount, a pastor of a parish down in Georgia just to the South of my WNC parish, was frequently the topic of conversations I had with one of my own parishioners, a good friend, an airline pilot, JQ, who recently passed away, who was also a friend of Father Blount.
JQ recounted to me a number of times the story Father Blount had mentioned to him about the thrice declared “BLACKOUT”. I remember that Father Blount had put up a video of this a while back. As he says in this present video, he had taken that down because it had scared some people and, truth be told, he couldn’t make much sense of it himself. But now there’s more, as he explains in this video above.
First of all, as he explains, we have to understand Padre Pio’s statement about Holy Mass:
“It would be easier for the world to survive without the sun than to do without the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.”
With that, Father Blount eventually learns something about the threefold BLACKOUT vision that he saw:
The first BLACKOUT of the Holy Sacrifice is the churches being locked down during Covid more by the supposed pastors of the Church than by any politicians.
The second BLACKOUT of the Holy Sacrifice will come about also in an analogously nefarious manner. I say that this could this come about because of destruction of churches for the sake of the “great reset.”
The third BLACKOUT of the Holy Sacrifice will come about, Father Blount surmises, when even electronic transmission of the Mass will be blocked, leaving people quite bereft. However, I think this will also be accompanied by quite a bit of violence toward priests who continue to offer Holy Mass.
I have to say that in my opinion this is precisely the trajectory of the Satanists of the great reset.
He speaks of this as at least an analogy with the three days of darkness.
My own take on this:
Look, I never met dear Father Blount. I’m sure I don’t agree with everything he says on every topic. Even canonized saints were wrong on various things. They weren’t canonized for their academics but rather for their holiness. I like what he says here. Is he right? I dunno. I think it’s consonant with lots of things that are happening, with a lot of things that the saints have said about our times in the last hundreds of years.
I recall the prophesy of Daniel 12, cited by Jesus in the Gospel of Matthew 23, and reiterated many times in the Apocalypse chapters, say, 12 to 18. There is to be 3½ years of the greatest persecution such as has never been seen since the foundation of the world and shall never be so again, that is, when we see the Daily Sacrifice come to an end and when we see the Abomination of Desolation being caused to be set up in the Holy of Holies where it must not be. The worst persecution is when there is a general apostasy and so many pastors of the Church lead the Lord’s Little Flock straight to hell, no doctrine, no morals, no instruction of the spiritual life, no reverent liturgy. That, of course, will usher in a bloody persecution, as people will push to see some witness about our Lord that is not being given in these days.
As I see it, the clock started on October 27, 2019, when Pope Francis established the most horrific demon idol on the altar of Jesus’ Sacrifice in Saint Peter’s Basilica and thus signaled to the world his hatred for the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. It’s the same day that the China virus was let out in Wuhan at the end of the Military Games. The 3½ years will come to a close Easter Sunday, 2023, exactly 3½ years, or a time, times and half a time, that is, 42 months, that is, 1,260 days (after Jesus shortens the time for the sake of the elect from 1,290 days) (now less than a year away). Daniel proclaims the blessedness of those who survive and endure an additional 45 days, which would bring us, then, to the feast of Saint John the Baptist, 2023, a year from now.
“Christian denomination”? That would be the Catholic Church founded by Christ Jesus, Son of the Living God, with something like 1.4 billion members. We’re The Church, not just some denomination, nor just a particular back-creek congregation.
All Catholic parishes in these USA, many tens of thousands of churches, are put on notice that they may be subjected to hate crimes wrought by pro-abortion hate groups in their protests against the possible SCOTUS decision overturning Roe v Wade of 1973, which would then kick legislation on abortion back to the voters of the various States. The hate crimes are threatened to happen this weekend, May 7 and 8, at the Mothers Day weekend Masses. It would be prudent to jack up situational awareness. Incidents are likely to take place anywhere that the most publicity can be had, whether that’s a cathedral or the tiniest parish in North America. Terrorism always wants to say that it can happen to you, wherever you are.
Catholic churches are private property. No one has a public, entitled “right” to be there. Anyone can be trespassed. Anyone causing real violence may be subject to receiving proportionate force to stop their violence, to stop the threat of already being delivered violence that threatens life or severe bodily compromise. But don’t escalate anything, ever, for any reason. That’s what they want. Don’t do it. You do what they do when it comes to them crossing the line of violence, meaning, as THE rule of engagement, don’t be proactive, be reactive: If a baby is smashed to the floor you take the perp(s) to the floor with only enough force as is necessary. You call 911 first. You video everything from the beginning. But I digress with that which needs a separate post. Let’s continue:
Antifa and BLM, not (yet) pegged with a domestic terrorist appellative, will be assisting groups “honoring” deceased super-abortion-maniac Ruth Bader Ginsburg by terrorizing an entire class of people (tens of millions of Catholics), perhaps with real violence, the smashing of statues, the breaking of windows, the usual spray-painting, perhaps pepper spraying, throwing of acid, sucker-punches, stabbing, gunfire, Molotov cocktails, arson, looting… you know, the usual “mostly peaceful protests” specifically with the intention of forcing the government into a political change. This is the very definition of domestic terrorism.
Bill Donohue of the Catholic League notes how idiotic are these protests against the SCOTUS, for while RBG “was an abortion-rights advocate, she also made it clear that the decision to legalize abortion should not have been made by the Supreme Court – it was up to lawmakers to render such a ruling. Moreover, she was never one to promote violence, never mind counsel a Nazi-like attack disrupting Mass.”
Bill Donohue stops short of the domestic terrorism description, for now, but does promise to “press the authorities to prosecute any attack on a Catholic Church as a hate crime.” We’ll see what happens.
Bill is right to say that “if President Biden does not address this issue, he is aiding and abetting anti-Catholicism.” I wish he would also denounce various ecclesiastics who do not pastorally correct Joe Biden to the scandal of the entire world.
Anyway, Bill continues on to say that “these thugs need to be stopped in their tracks.” I don’t know what Bill means by that, perhaps he means legally, even months and years down the line. I don’t know.
But that brings up the question of stopping violence:
What about thugs needing to be stopped while they are throwing the little babies of our parish down and smashing their brains out all over the floor?
What about thugs needing to be stopped while they are breaking the frail bodies of our elderly parishioners?
What about the thugs needing to be stopped who march right up to desecrate the Blessed Sacrament during Holy Mass?
In North Carolina law, such disruption quickly ramps up to aggravated felony charges.
“But why are at all concerned about your little parish, Father George!? It’s the tiniest in North America! No one cares about your little church, Father George! Pfft!”
Don’t be so sure. We’ve already had what seemed to be a George Soros funded group from the university campus up the highway come and visit the church on a Sunday while we were still counting the collection, scoping us out, actually asking about our ability to defend ourselves. Get that? They wanted to use the parish to set up community organizing. Such smart university students! I asked them a few incisive questions. They left totally humiliated. They left. But I’m guessing they’ll be back, perhaps this very Mother’s Day weekend.
“Surely it’ll be just a bit of spray paint, Father George! You’re such an ol’ meanie not wanting their polite communications blared and sprayed! You’re on the wrong side of history, Father George! It’s all about megaphones and screaming and spray paint! Out with the old, in with the new!”
So, for instance, as to that spray-painting on a Catholic Church entrance out in Colorado – “My body, my choice” – my response would be that the Most Blessed Sacrament, the Body of Christ, is Christ Jesus, and He does have the choice to send such people straight to hell. His Body, His choice. Truth. Jesus was in the womb of His own Blessed Mother for nine months, and He doesn’t take kindly to those who murder the “least of the brethren” in the womb.
Antifa is acting on behalf of the murderous pro-abortionists. Just my opinion, but that likely means arson, murder, assault, destruction of property…
And then BLM – Black Lives Matter – want to protect the genocide of little black babies by supporting abortion directed at black neighborhoods, reducing the population of our black brothers and sisters by the millions, by the tens of millions. Remember BLM:
How would you like that marching up the aisle to the front of your parish church?
That may be coming to a Catholic Church near you on Mothers Day, this weekend.
Some of them will be dressed like this:
It looks like they are being escorted out of a Catholic Church by security using great deescalation techniques. Think deescalation. We don’t have paid security. We have guardian angels. We have simply really a lot of extremely capable people. Even our visitors are most awesome, FBI agents and military operators of all sorts, on vacation here in the mountains, to get away from it all, but absolutely ready to intervene in any situation.
Dear Reverend Father/Deacon: I write to you with both a request and a directive that follows from the request. My request is that all clergy within the Diocese of Burlington will be vaccinated [not a vaccine] against the Covid-19 virus. My reasons for this are simple and clear: both Pope Francis and emeritus Pope Benedict have been vaccinated [such anecdotes don’t belong in moral argumentation], the CDF has directed that it is morally licit to receive the vaccines [but they’re not infallible] even if they were created or tested using cells harvested from aborted fetuses [That’s pure insanity: murder is good because it’s murder. Wait.. What?], and Pope Francis [the demon-idol worshipper] has encouraged Catholics to be vaccinated as an “act of charity” [What about the babies, you fraudulent wolf in sheep’s clothing? Is it an act of charity to purpose-murder them for your own “benefit”?] that protects not just themselves but others. [It weakens people, opening them up more to infection and transmission.] Gentleman, as ordained clergy in the Catholic Church we should be leading by example. [And that means laying down one’s life for the least of the brethren, not murdering the least of the brethren.]
You can read the rest there. What I want to mention here is that this priest was hailed as a pastor in good standing, entirely mentally fit, until the very second that he rebelled about this Covid hysteria. Not just a coincidence, that. I mean, if he were to be a sycophant and assist in maliciously spreading hysteria, such sycophantic histrionics would be considered to be indicators of great mental stability. This isn’t about the priest. It’s about the bishop throwing a tantrum to get the attention of Pope Francis, right? “Look at me, Pope Francis! Reward me!” Just a question.
“But Father George! Father George! You don’t understand! You’re the one throwing tantrums all histrionically! You’re standing out from the crowd, that great crowd who proudly stand next to the Holy Father! You point to the right to life of… of… what?!… embryos?!… products of conception?!… tissues of a woman’s body?!… Who even cares about that?! You’re the one who’s a freaky hypocrite, Father George! You should stand in solidarity with Big Pharma! You really are stupid, Father George! I’m declaring you mentally unfit, because, like – splutter, splutter – and, like, stuff! So there! I hope they get rid of that priest up in Vermont! I hope they get rid of you as well! What is it with you priests?! Damn you all to hell along with those damned babies!”
Yep. One is reminded of the end of Chapter one of Saint Paul’s letter to the Romans. And if you look up what’s been happening up in Vermont, you’ll see that the description fits exactly:
Romans 1:18 The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of people, who suppress the truth by their wickedness, 19 since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. 20 For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse. 21 For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. 22 Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools 23 and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like a mortal human being and birds and animals and reptiles. 24 Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. 25 They exchanged the truth about God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen. 26 Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. 27 In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error. 28 Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done. 29 They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice. They are gossips, 30 slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents; 31 they have no understanding, no fidelity, no love, no mercy. 32 Although they know God’s righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them.
“WE’RE NOT POLICEMEN! LET PRO-ABORTS RECEIVE HOLY COMMUNION!” the bishops shriek.
“WE ARE POLICEMEN! WE KILL UNVAXED PRIESTS SO THEY CAN’T GIVE VIATICUM!” the bishops shriek.
Meanwhile, faithful priests continue denying notorious pro-aborts Holy Communion and still go out of their way to provide the Last Rites to the dying, providing them hope and solace, Jesus, as they pass from this life to the next.
Meanwhile, the bishops stick out their hands for donations for distribution from the government, from the pro-abort politicians to whom Holy Communion is provided, donations the bishops give to abortionists right around the world, again and again, year after year, for decades. Oh, I forgot, they’re not policemen. They know nothing about it. Ever. But what they do know is how to police those priests who want to provide the Sacraments as people die. “NO, NOT SANCTIFYING GRACE! NO!” they shriek.
And I bet the first ones to be beaten into the ground will be the little children that you see in the lower left of the picture for this video above, you know, because atheistic “power” always begins with the ones they see as the most vulnerable. Satan thought Jesus was vulnerable, but Jesus rose from the dead, and is now taking souls back from Satan’s grasp. Jesus is intent on bringing us to heaven. This post is also tagged humor, however, because I had to laugh our loud at the enthusiasm of the Little Flock in the face of imminent danger. I love that. I would hate if they suffered any violence by the haters of religion.
