“Vax” test-out option, but only in secular DC

So, the DC government is bound to respect religious or medical exemptions, and therefore permits a test-out option instead of proof of a jab of the abortion tainted fake “vaccines”.

But, here’s the deal: I don’t know of any other place in the world where a (cardinal) (arch)bishop has allowed for a test-out option for priests in their (arch)dioceses after a crackdown on priests who are held to be recalcitrant because they are pro-life.
