Synodal “not-another-but-different” Church: calling out the evil

Jesus to Giovanni di Pietro di Bernardone, aka Francis of Assisi: “Rebuild my Church.”

  • Jesus was talking about the Body of Christ after it had been beaten down to a mere shell of what that Body of Christ was previously. This rebuilding was to be done firstly by way of Saint Francis himself, considering the stigmata of the Lord’s passion that he, trembling, carried. Francis (re)introduced the Lord’s Little Flock to… wait for it… Jesus. Jesus is the same, yesterday, today, forever. This Jesus is not another Jesus, not even a different Jesus. Always Jesus. Jesus is the Head of the Body, we the members of the same Body, sanctified to this end by the Holy Spirit, who does not listen to our claims of identity, but rather has our identity be recognized in the one Christ Jesus.

Jorge Bergoglio to… himself…: “I don’t want another church, but a different church!”

  • Calling himself Francis, glomming on to the glory of Assisi, Bergoglio’s claiming of the middle ground seems to cute, so sweet, so innocent! But a different church IS another church. In fact, the different church thing is actually more of an in-your-face insult to Jesus than if one were to just go off and found another church. With the different church thing, you’re right there constantly challenging Jesus, spitting in His face, mocking Him, laughing at Him. The “different church” is truly “another church” on steroids, with the adrenaline, the driving engine of hatred (objectively speaking). The Synod on Synodality uses a caricature of Jesus to destroy souls. It’s not the Body of Christ, but the Ape of the Church.

Oh, and that book that the Saint of Assisi is carrying with his stigmatized hands? That would be Sacred Scripture.

So, let me say this to the Jesuits of all that is dialectical blah blah of synodality out there, what with me being an alumnus of the Pontifical Biblical Institute: Verbum Domini manet in aeternum.

We know who the Ape of the Church is?…he pretends to copy God and but subtly changes the meaning of holiness and love to lead people into perdition. The Ape of the Church is pure evil.
I confess that I never really understood or appreciated St. Francis of Assisi. I don’t know why but I was always leary of him as a child. But that has completely changed in these last few years as I age. I love this Saint! I seek to understand him better and I seek his prayers and intercession regularly. I am sorrowful that PF took this wonderful Saint’s name. I only hope in God’s goodness that Saint Francis will perform a miracle of conversion in PF. We can only pray and hope in our Lord Jesus Christ and this great Saint’s prayers…
    Sincerely,

Despite being separated by 14 centuries, there seems a similarity of mind between Mohammad and Pope Francis. The former “borrowed” from the Bible and teachings of the Church those parts that he could use to found a new religion with him at its head, a supposed successor of sorts to Jesus.
According to Mohammad, Jesus was misunderstood necessitating a new man (himself), directed by God, to reinterpret Jesus’ teachings “correctly”. Is that not what Pope Francis is also attempting? He certainly seems to be saying that we, the members of the Church, have got it wrong for 2,000 years and he is going to enlighten us to what Our Lord truly intends the Catholic religion to be.
Islam holds Mohammad’s image sacrosanct. It seems followers of Pope Francis do likewise as if he were perfection personified. It even seems that Pope Francis has been honoured with a feast day of sorts in the Phillipines thanks to Cardinal Tagle introducing a pledge of loyalty to him after the Credo during the “Pope’s Day Mass” celebrated annually in Manila Cathedral on the feast of Saints Peter and Paul. According to the instructions issued by Manila Cathedral June 27th 2018 the pledge as it pertains to Pope Francis personally is as follows:
    Presider:
To Francis, our Pope the Vicar of Christ on earth, visible head of the Church, doctor and the teacher of all the faithful, guardian of apostolic tradition: To you, Pope Francis, we pledge our love!
To the Supreme Pontiff of the Church, courageouss leader of the nations, the very personification of the spirit of Vatican II and upholder of the dignity of the holy priesthood: To you, Pope Francis, we pledge our obedience!
To His Holiness, the Pope, tireless defender of the sanctity off the home, of the innate priceless value of human life and to the dignity of persons: To you, Pope Francis, we pledge our hope!
To the visible head of Christendom, indomitable teacher, leader and father of all the faithful, steadfast in truth and the midst of errors and misunderstanding, unyielding in courage in the midst of danger, and a most reliable beacon of spiritual light and consolation: To you, Pope Francis, we pledge our undying loyalty and filial veneration, now and for ever.

After such worshipful flattery of Pope Francis, Pope Francis made Cardinal Luis Tagle a Cardinal-Bishop, ignoring canon 350.

Pope Francis, like any successor of Peter, should strive to be all the good things that are ascribed to him in the above pledge but he is not and to recite same during the Mass is hero worship at its worst. Moreover, he is being touted as “the very personification of the spirit of Vatican II” as if such is a good thing. It is not! The spirit of Vatican II is one of rupture.
Furthermore, the assertion that Pope Francis is “unyielding in courage in the midst of danger, and a most reliable beacon of spiritual light and consolation” really grates given the news I read today of his betrayal of Chinese Catholics having reached a new low. As Father de Sousa explains: “Regarding Shanghai, after keeping quiet since April, Pope Francis decided to stand down on Shanghai and accept the bishop chosen by the Communist Party for China’s premier diocese.”

Good call, Aussie mum. I’ve been calling out Martin Luther plagiarizing Islam for years. Justified by Islam alone. Sola Islam.

Thanks, Mum. I had no idea.
